These Terms and conditions of donations ("Terms and conditions") regulate the donation (the "Donation") that you make to ASOCIACION AZTIVATE through the online donation mechanism of the website linked to this document. By making the Donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Donation is a voluntary non-refundable gift and does not constitute in any way any kind of consideration for goods or services.

Your Donation may be processed through a third party payment provider in accordance with their payment terms and conditions (including a deduction for fees that may be charged) and the balance will be remitted to ASOCIACION AZTIVATE. The amount of the Donation received by ASOCIACION AZTIVATE will be administered and spent by ASOCIACION AZTIVATE in accordance with its rules, regulations, procedures and administrative practices. The Donation will be used for programs for the benefit of children and, specifically, will be used for the purposes that are published on the website at the time of making your Donation in relation to specific programs of ASOCIACION AZTIVATE.

When making a Donation, ASOCIACION AZTIVATE will have access to certain personal data that you have entered at the time of making your donation (for example, your name, email address, telephone number and residence address). ASOCIACION AZTIVATE may use your contact information to send you more information about the work that ASOCIACION AZTIVATE does for children, as well as to contact you in order to request more donations.

Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions, or related to them, will be understood as a waiver, either directly or indirectly, of any of the privileges and immunities of ASOCIACION AZTIVATE.

ASOCIACION AZTIVATE and its suppliers will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, loss of income, loss of profits or other incidental or consequential damages, even if they were advised of the possibility of such damages as a consequence of any compliance or breach of these Terms and conditions.
